  • Generate and download Lua scripts for SteamTools
  • Find Steam AppIDs for games
  • Access related configuration files (JSON, VDF)

All files are sourced from the public ManifestHub GitHub repository and processed client-side in your browser.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Service Content: The Service design, code, and original content are owned by manifestlua.blog and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Manifest Files: Manifest files and lua scripts are sourced from the public ManifestHub GitHub repository and are subject to their respective licenses.
  • Steam Content: Steam, SteamTools, and related trademarks are property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam.
  • User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Free Service

The Service is provided completely free of charge. There are no subscription fees, premium tiers, or hidden costs. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
  • Introduce limitations on usage (e.g., rate limits) to ensure fair access for all users.
  • Display advertisements or promotional content (currently not implemented).

6. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for entering correct Steam AppIDs.
  • Compliance: You must comply with Steam's Terms of Service and SteamTools' terms when using generated files.
  • Backup: You are responsible for backing up any downloaded files. We are not liable for lost or corrupted downloads.
  • Legal Use: You must use manifest files and lua scripts in accordance with applicable laws and Steam's policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of manifest files or lua scripts.

We do not guarantee that manifest files will work with all versions of SteamTools or that they will be available for all games.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

  • Issues arising from use of downloaded manifest files or lua scripts.
  • Actions taken by Steam, Valve, or third parties based on your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD or the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0).

  • ManifestHub GitHub Repository: Source of manifest files and lua scripts. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of files in this repository.
  • Steam API: Used for AppID verification (if applicable). We are not affiliated with Valve or Steam.
  • External Links: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless manifestlua.blog, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including Steam's Terms of Service.
